2025 Holiday Toy Drive

Help our client families and community have a joyous holiday season

This December, the Karsh Center will once again host a special toy distribution event for member families to come pick out a gift for their child, and bring a bit more celebration to the holiday season. With all that 2025 has thrown at our community, most recently with the challenge to SNAP benefits and the difficult financial choices it is forcing upon so many individuals and families, it is our privilege and joy to make sure that an exciting toy or holiday gift is available for the children and their families in the Karsh Center community.

We can’t host a toy distribution without the toys, and that’s where we need your help! It is only with the help of generous donors who support our annual toy drive that we can host this event, and this year we are once again welcoming toy donations for children ages 0-13 years old.

Our toy drive will run through Friday, December 12, 2025.

We are requesting toys that meet the following specifications:

  • All toys should be new, and in original packaging
  • Appropriate for children ages 0 – 13 years old (see our Amazon wishlist here for easy ordering!)
  • Toys should not be gift-wrapped

How to contribute to the toy drive?

  • Purchase toy(s) directly from our Amazon wishlist.
    • If you would like a tax acknowledgement for your donation, please include a gift message with your full name, mailing address, and contact phone number or email address.
  • Purchase toy(s) from another online source, and have them sent directly to the Karsh West, where we are processing all toy donations
    • Send to: Toy Drive, c/o Karsh West, 11960 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90049
    • If you would like a tax acknowledgement for your donation, please include a gift message with your full name, mailing address, and contact phone number or email address.
  • Purchase a toy and make an appointment to drop it off at the Karsh Center. Please contact haley@karshcenter.org to coordinate a drop off time.

Important information about tax-receipts/acknowledgements

In order to receive a tax-receipt for an item purchased online and delivered directly to us, please make sure to select the option of including a gift message/note with your purchase. On that gift note, please include your full name and mailing address. 

If you are planning to drop off a toy directly to us at the Karsh Center, please complete this in-kind donation form, and tape it onto the toy or attach to a bag that holds the toy. We must receive this form with the item you donate, and will remove and process it for donation acknowledgement before distributing your donated toy.
