Advancing Health and Wellness
In any community, it takes a comprehensive, coordinated approach to improve and advance people’s health. The Karsh Center pursues this goal by offering trilingual (English/Spanish/Korean) services, connections, and support focused on enhancing the mental, social, and physical health of individuals and families in Los Angeles.

The Karsh Center provides holistic, personalized case management services to registered members navigating complex life challenges. Through a client-centered approach, our case managers assess needs, develop action plans, coordinate access to services, and offer ongoing support to help members achieve stability, independence, and improved well-being.
Services include:
- Application support: Assistance with utility assistance (when available) and limited financial assistance opportunities (when available)
- Food access: Food pantry information and coordination
- Health referrals: Connections to medical, dental, vision, and mental health providers based on member needs
- Safety resources: Domestic violence referrals and specialized support connections
Services not provided: Psychiatric care, housing/rental assistance, transportation funding, childcare funding, or direct medical procedure funding. Referrals to specialized agencies are provided for these needs.
Eligibility: Karsh registered members who need additional support to access services.
We are currently not taking any new members for our case management services. For questions about referrals, call 213-401-4651.
The Karsh Center partners with the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LADMH) to offer free, multilingual mental health workshops that build awareness, resilience, and connection within our community. Each series explores a range of topics — including stress management, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, family violence prevention, and more — in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Workshops rotate throughout the year and are offered in different languages, including Korean, Spanish, and English, with some series tailored for specific groups such as older adults.
