Karsh Community Closet

Share more than clothes—offer dignity

Welcome to the homepage for the Karsh Community Closet. In its pilot year, this special program offered support to hundreds of our Karsh members and their families, providing them with more than 1,800 items of like-new or gently used clothing. We are proud to continue this initiative in 2026-2027.

Throughout dedicated, time-bound drives we will collect new and/or GENTLY used clothing, which will be shared with Karsh Center members via an interactive “shopping” format at Community Closet events. Each distribution is themed, providing members with attire that aligns with the seasons and special occasions. We are delighted to be able to provide this experience to Karsh Center members and look forward to the support of our broader community!

Upcoming Community Closet Drive:

Everyday wear includes tops, bottoms, outerwear and dresses – clothing that can be worn day-in and day-out

Please note that due to space limitations, the Karsh Center is unable to accept clothing donations outside of the designated windows above. For recommendations of impactful community organizations where you can donate clothing outside of our designated clothing drive windows, please contact closet@karshcenter.org.
