Food insecurity doesn’t only occur on a holiday. The Karsh Center’s response to the current food insecurity crisis creates an urgent need for increased support of Karsh’s comprehensive programs.

The Big Give is an annual event before Thanksgiving in which the Karsh Center staff, collaborators, and volunteers provide our 4,000 of our neighbors experiencing hunger and food insecurity with Thanksgiving meals, hygiene kits, and so much more.

Your generosity makes the services provided by Karsh Center possible. Each donation helps us ensure a family has a full Thanksgiving meal during the Big Give, obtains a bag of food at our twice per week food pantries, receives a delivery from Karsh Mobile, or is connected to wraparound services that support individuals and families in need. Please be there for our neighbors as they are affected by the benefit reductions resulting from the government shutdown.
