How to Get a Big Give Thanksgiving Meal Kit

Join us for Big Give on Sunday, November 19th, 2023 from 11 am-3 pm! Thanksgiving-meals-in-a-bag are still a cornerstone of the day and will be distributed to individuals with tickets only. Thanksgiving-meals-in-a-bag includes all the makings for a traditional Thanksgiving dinner for a family of 4

Tickets are needed to pick up Thanksgiving bags. Registration will begin on Thursday, October 19th. To register for a ticket please call 213-201-5782. Tickets are limited. Bags will be distributed at the Karsh Center (located at 3750 W. 6th Street Los Angeles, CA 90020).

What is in a Big Give Thanksgiving Bag?

On Sunday, 11/19/2023 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., all guests with tickets will be able to choose the items they would like for their Thanksgiving dinner. Below is the menu of options. Please keep in mind the menu may change. All choices will be provided based on first-come, first-served.
  • Instant Mashed Potatoes or Whole Potatoes
  • Cranberry Sauce
  • Canned or frozen corn
  • Canned yams or fresh sweet potatoes
  • Canned green beans or fresh green beans
  • Stuffing or rice
  • Gravy, Curry or Sazon Packets
  • Kings Hawaiian Rolls
  • Pie
  • Tofu, turkey breast, whole turkeys, whole chickens

Remember to register to pick up your Big Give Thanksgiving Bag. Registration begins on Thursday, October 19. Visit the Karsh Center or call us at 213-201-5782 to register. Bags will be distributed at the Karsh Center (located at 3750 W. 6th Street Los Angeles, CA 90020).

FREE Flu shots & health education available for the community on the day of the distribution; Sunday, 11/19 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.  No registration is needed for flu shots!
